Weekly · Islip High School Turf 2

This week's clinics

Small groups on purpose. Real drills and live game situations need multiple players, so we run groups, not lines. Every group is capped at 15 and needs at least 2 sign-ups to run. $45 per player per session.

How it works

Sign up above

Fill out the quick form for your day. Spot counts on this page are live and reset each week right after the session ends.

Morning-of text

Once you're signed up, you're in the group text and you have Coach Lars's direct line. He texts the morning of every session: like the message if your kid is in, dislike if out. The session (or any change) is confirmed by 4:30pm.

Rain plan

We don't play through storms and we don't just cancel. Weather moves the session to a later day the same week, and a fresh head-count text goes out.

Need to cancel?

Text Coach Lars and your spot reopens for another player. Easy. His number is on the About page under Contact Info.

Location

Islip High School Turf 2

2508 Union Blvd, Islip, NY 11751

Turf 2 is not the main football field. It's the field behind it, the one with fencing all the way around. Park, walk past the football field, and you'll see us.

What to bring

Stick, helmet, gloves, cleats, water. Full pads for the older groups when we go live. If you're missing something, reach out before the session.

The staff

Two towns, two D1 players

Clinics are run by Coach Lars (Fairfield University, Islip '23). On select days he's joined by Coach Jack (Stony Brook University, East Islip '25), including joint Offense vs. Defense clinics where your kid learns both sides of the same battle. Between the two of them, Islip and East Islip are both home turf.
